Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Drove Rides mobile application ("App") and website ("Site") operated by Drove Rides ("Company"). By accessing or using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App or Site.

Use License:

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Drove Rides' App or Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

- Modify or copy the materials;

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Drove Rides' App or Site;

- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Drove Rides at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Disclaimer:

The materials on Drove Rides' App and Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. Drove Rides makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations:

In no event shall Drove Rides or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Drove Rides' App or Site, even if Drove Rides or a Drove Rides authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions and Errata:

The materials appearing on Drove Rides' App or Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Drove Rides does not warrant that any of the materials on its App or Site are accurate, complete, or current. Drove Rides may make changes to the materials contained on its App or Site at any time without notice. Drove Rides does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

By using the App or Site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our App or Site. Your continued use of the App or Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
